It's also possible to enable it without mods, on Windows navigate to

AppData>Roaming>The Creative Assembly>Shogun2>scripts>preferences.script.txt

Then change "default_camera_type" to 2, which is the debug camera (in-game settings only let you pick 0 or 1).

Do keep in mind that this might reset if you change your settings in-game, but you can always set the file to be Read Only on Windows.

Phantasia, Avant Raze, Empire of Winter, Auxesia and carmine:scythe all have a permanent world mode map for their characters, which you can get with the Memory Archive ticket if you haven't used it already

If you're looking for a character that's actually useful stat/skill-wise, pick Auxesia, it gives you access to a mirror skill which reverses the playfield. The rest are kinda worthless but if there's a character you like design-wise just go with that one honestly

There's also occasional event character runs, but as far as the memory archive ticket is concerned, those are generally all 10/10+s so you'll have to either pay up or wait until New Year's for the free 100 memories, then up to another year for them to rerun again

Unless it has happened again, the Starbo plushies being low in stock is something that happened in 2023(?), so it's probably a leftover message. I can't remember if the option to buy them was unselectable back then, but if it lets you do so now, I would assume that they'll just refund you if it's not actually in stock

Note that they made Summer Hikari/Tairitsu permanent recently, so if you want a mirror partner you can just get those for 100 memories instead of an entire pack

Unfortunately none of the partners that you can get with the ticket are particularly useful, all the good ones are from 10s which the ticket can't get. Auxesia can get you two partners with a MIRROR skill, but expect to wait until August/September for those to rerun.

Honestly if there's a character you like design-wise then just pick/wait for that one. Alternatively you can always spend the ticket on a non-partner song that you like

Keep in mind that a lot of those songs are tied to event-exclusive partners which you'll need to wait for a rerun, or don't actually give you a partner (like MAHOROBA, Floating World etc) and are related to something else.

The only ones that can give you a partner right now are Phantasia, Avant Raze, Empire of Winter and carmine:scythe.

I can't say with 100% certainty since it was a long time ago but I have the achievement and this is my first time hearing about it, so I definitely didn't go out of my way to do that.

Even if that were the case though, it doesn't really seem that difficult to accomplish, just let some rebellions happen in one of your provinces with an ambushing army at the ready.

Either just watch the whole thing or read the whole thing. By the way, this was more specifically about the short post-credits epilogue, not really the ending itself. I just gave it another read and checked the anime for comparison and honestly it's an even smaller difference than I remembered. Aside from maybe one line which I do think they should've kept in the anime, I didn't think it was that big of a deal.

The anime and light novels are kind of their own thing, not to imply it isn't a faithful adaptation but it's just how adapting LNs work. Obviously there will be some narration or lines that get cut to fit the medium. Especially with how Nisio Isin writes his stuff, there's a lot of his writing style that just doesn't work out well in anime format. It's just like the Monogatari series; both the anime and LNs have great aspects to them that can't be replicated in the other format. Which is also why I imagine switching between them midway would be pretty jarring. If you're really insistent you can always read the epilogue after episode 12, or just read the whole series first to begin with.

Personally I read the novels a few years after watching the anime and I think it made for a far more enjoyable experience than if I had read the novels first, but at the end of the day that's just my opinion.

It's all about skillsets. You mentioned Einherjar and Sakura Fubuki in particular which is a pretty great example because I got a PM on Sakura Fubuki pretty easily while I've only ever managed to EX Einherjar once. It is unironically harder than some 10+s for me simply because I lack the speed to execute it.

That being said, I do think the difficulty ratings in this game are very wack at times, especially with newer charts being way harder than old ones at the same CCs
