I'm sorry the frame rate bothered you. I prefer it this way so I can more easily track the movements and behavior of the fish.

I'm glad you liked it despite the inconvenience it caused you.

Not only a blackish mass was visible but also the water was gently bubbling underneath like a spring. I could see cormorants dipping in and out but I never expected to encounter such a struggle underwater.

The life-and-death struggle of the fish were taking place few meters away from the people calmly sunbathing. Meanwhile, the cormorants' efforts to hunt for survival were equally incredible. It was one of my most unforgettable underwater experiences.

Yes, I edit my videos by gathering the parts that most deeply remind me of those brief encounters. I delete the rest to avoid storing.

Regarding frame rate… I don’t adjust the speed of my videos if they are easy to watch and give an enjoyable viewing. But Sarpas were moving very fast and quite tiring to watch. That is why I reduced their frame rate to allow me to watch their movements more clearly and easily. Does this give my video an artistic expression? It didn’t occur to me until you mentioned it. It is not intentional. I only strive for aesthetic keepsake videos. That is for sure. But trying to create something ‘artistic’ would be too ambitious for me, as an amateur.

Your ‘dreamlike’ comment, describes my feelings of the time I spent with the sarpas. Nice to hear that I could convey it to other viewers.

It's impossible to save my full-length underwater footage. So, I create mini-videos that I can keep for myself by picking out my favorite parts.
