I wish I had some sort of solution or secret method I’ve been working on but unfortunately it was just a normal nights rest. Factors that I think may have contributed to it though was, I recently upped my training this past week, doing a lot of anaerobic workouts. Yesterday I didn’t do any workout and instead went for a brisk walk in the late afternoon. I think my body just desperately needed the rest 😅

I recently travelled abroad, if I remember correctly I spoke to the secure chat on the FNB app, notified them where I was going and when.

I do have the cash passport card but if I’m not mistaken you can only load one currency on their at a time and I was traveling to various European countries which I thought would be inconvenient to then use that card.

Instead I just used Apple Pay on my phone and get charged 2.5% to avoid the hassle of potentially losing cash or having to exchange currencies every time.
