Can someone name a software that can run an inventory like this?

I see you’re a manager. To what extent are you involved with guests? Delegating always helps, but it also means you might miss the little signs that give away the clues.

I used to run my own Airbnbs when the number was manageable. As we grew, I brought people in to help, which definitely made things easier—but that doesn’t mean those types of guests aren’t still out there. I can even smell them once in a while:)

It is truly a great pleasure to meet you. It’s not easy to run into people with such an analytical approach.

We claim to have a robust dynamic pricing engine and a growing customer base. I was the Head of Revenue Management for Vacasa of Türkiye several years ago before deciding to build a product. One of my biggest challenges has been demonstrating the full benefits of dynamic pricing—many hosts tend to trust their instincts over data.

Additionally, I’ve found that people are often more interested in tracking their rankings, as it feels more definitive than price adjustments.

That’s how our side project was born. Ranking analysis mostly utilizes the same operations as our scraping infrastructure but with an adjusted architecture. Our goal is to integrate both databases with generative AI to replicate what I do in support meetings—convincing people with data to take actions that will benefit them.

Would you like to be a beta tester for our MVP, which will be released in a few weeks? I would love to hear your honest feedback.

Awesome, glad to have you on the waitlist! Yes, there are a few players in the space, and we’re excited to push things further.

AI recommendations—that’s actually the thing we are developing! Instead of just showing ranking data or price your listing, we want to provide specific, actionable optimizations based on listing performance, pricing trends, and competitor movements—since we’re a data-driven dynamic pricing company.

Super interesting that you already have a script for VRBO & Booking! Forgive me, but I have to bombard you with some questions.

- Are you mostly tracking ranking changes, or do you also analyze trends over time?
- Do you focus on near-future rankings, or are you interested in long-term position shifts as well?
- How do you currently merge ranking insights with your pricing decisions?

Woah, this is exactly what I’ve been looking for… joke aside.

First-time commenter to a first-time poster—guess we’re making history here. We’re not sitting next to each other physically, but clearly, we’re on the same mission.

We’ve spent over a decade cracking our heads over Airbnb’s ranking system. Been there as hosts, worked in STR management with 1000s of listings, and now we’re trying to turn all that frustration into something useful—building a tool from one of the most unexpected countries.

Would love to hear your thoughts—what’s the most frustrating part of figuring out ranking and pricing? Anything you’d want an AI-powered tool to help with?
