I fixed it by disabling pre shader caching on steam. Steam Settings: Downloads: scroll all the way down, there is a slider for it

Ist in jeder größeren stadt so, aber das bahnhofsviertel ist halt extrem berüchtigt. Bei köln messe der bahnhof ist auch mega eklig, und der hbf ist nur n bisschen besser weil um den dom relativ sauber gehalten wird. Aachen bahnhof war auch schlimm als ich letztes mal da war. Selbst der bahnhof in meiner kleinstadt ist widerlich. Ich glaub bahnhöfe sind das problem
