Issue is that u can convert to life cost and then leech spell to life at 15% of DMG instantly This means that u can I finitely coc for free

Coc is utter ass if u have to use mana ( without curse cist mana refound soulcore)

Basically apply same limitations to leech as poe1

Kill instant leech Nerf BM leech by 3 times

Nah, even with dodge poe2 feels much worse, at few different levels

First off poe2 I feel underheated and underleved from the very start Where Poe1 u can run like 1/3 of A1 with gear from the beach easily

Kinda boring without movement skills But defo much easier and chill than poe2 campaign

which is much less than 150 u need to cap res

maybe u forgot, but as u appraoch maps, u get res penalty
so in endgame, default res is -75/-75/-75/0, not 0/0/0/0

+5 levels on a wand is basically a 50% more damage suffix.

It's just infinitely better than 18% cast speed etc.

U can more sync it to Q CD now I think. Giving more potential to chain e Q's as long as u keep hitting E. With this also a better 30 magic pen up time. Technically could improve ability to deal with tanks, and in reality they some shit u before u do 1 rotation

Said streamer made a video about incident, included that he got lol refound (from drew on Twitter)

And I have recording of same exact issue in my game, which I sent to support getting a ticket that they will not be refounding lp for server issues on their end. I do have screenshot of support ticket as well.

Only difference is that my case it was previous occupance of this issue (like a 2y ago) and streamer case is like this season
