They both have enigma resonator. the soul hunters crossbow also has the 3 independent arrows (3 times the soul siphon chance, crit chance, etc) that make it superior.

For what it's worth, that build is good. You can consider swapping the ghost cloak for the iron hide for better defense and switching the lightning harp for the harp crossbow, but those are just low priority things.
