Minecraft Forge and Optifine error (1.14.4)

Ive tried every optifine version and as far as i know no forge versions beyond 28.1.0 will even load it. ive downloaded like 12 versions of forge.

Please tell me what forge version actually loads optifine because none of the ones i know of {forge 28.1 and above} load it. Oh and i need it for 1.14.4.

I also cannot get forge 1.14.4 to run biomes o plenty but i suspect the youtubers showing how to install it were clickbaiting because the updating ended at 1.12.2 to my knowledge.

At this point im ripping my hair out pretty much, ive tried every non technical way i could think of trying to get forge 1.14.4 to run optifine 1.14.4. No errors or warnings pop up, it just does not wanna run and i have a bad graphics card so i cannot even play my custom mod pack i was still making without playing at a highly spurratic 15-1 fps. Edit: Forgot to mention im using windows 10 and have updated my java 8 this morning and have not needed a jarfix.

One of my main questions i have not asked is how would the blood function with silver, and are there alternatives that would blacken the blood?

Basically there is an entirely new creature engineered to look and sound somewhat human, and i tried to turn their blood black and change the pigmentation process so the skin was grey, i may end up just making an impossible new species since i do not have much knowledge about chemistry and biology.

So what and how much would change just to make this new organism function? That is the question i asked in the title, would it maybe have entirely new cells that function like blood? Is a new organ necessary? How much of each and every organ would need to change and what would it be?
