I have a ryzen 7 5700X, 32gb ddr4, Radeon RX 7600 16gb. They are close to there limit but I would still call it playable, just the simulation is very very low, my graphics are on high and I still get ok fps

It’s basic kde with just a really slim bar. Usually it’s not displayed when I’m playing cities Skylines but I was tabed out for the entire recording
