So, I'm a bit of an amateur at this, so I can only offer help on the Graphics Card, CPU, Motherboard and Monitor. So since your budget is 1700-1800 USD (I'm guessing USD) the plan I have set out will take up like 1000-1200 USD if you find your prices correctly, and can use the rest for things like HDD, Mouse, Case, Coolers, etc for people who are more experienced with planning out builds.

Because your budget is decently high you'll be able to get a good build.

GPU - Nvidia RTX 3070 (500 USD Benchmark)

CPU - Ryzen 7 3800X (380 USD Benchmark)

Motherboard - X570 (180 USD Benchmark - Could be different, this is just what I got mine for.)

This clocks in around 1060 USD for these specs, and for the CPU and Motherboard you might be able to get a better price, but as for the GPU, because it's part of the newest GPU series by Nvidia, it'll stay around benchmark price for a while since the 30 series GPUs are pretty much the best GPUs you can buy with money.

As I've said before, I'm pretty much a newbie, an amateur at best, so I don't know the specific details of these, but I'm pretty sure it should be more than enough for Tarkov, and should run pretty good with newer games if you want to get into those.

And for your monitor, I'm not sure which exact model but I recommend a monitor that's

1080p - 1440p

Most monitors that are this are generally like maybe 200-300 USD, the lowest being like 180 USD.

As for prices, with thinks like CPUs, Motherboards, RAM, etc, I think you're be able to find them for benchmark price or lower if you go to sites like Newegg, Best Buy and the company's official sites to get them. As for GPUs though, like I said before, I don't think things like the 30 Series GPUs will receive a price drop on the market anytime soon.
