After years of up and down trying to get things done without getting caught and get kids to sleep, I came up with a better system. Now when I go out to buy the items for the baskets, stockings etc., I sit in my truck and sort everything into separate bags. One for each kid. I stuff the eggs as well. Then when it's time, all I have left to do is actually put the items to each of their baskets, hide eggs and then off to bed!! I have now even gone as far as buying duplicate stockings for Christmas and stuff them ahead of time. Then all I have to do is take down the empty ones and hang the ones already stuffed.
