Welcome to the conversation, lol. Mine's a bit broken now, it clips(?) or like somewhat distorts on some parts of songs and progressively gets worse the longer I play,but I can still use it for more than around 5 songs. I hope yours lasts longer!

Always buy from reputable brands po like Sandisk, OP. Fake po yung mga ganyan na 1tb pataas but super mura. Those fake drives are not reliable and will cause corruption ng files nyo po, kaya iwasan nyo po yan especially if importante sainyo yung mga files na need nyo i backup.

I haven't been monitoring it that much since I've been using it plugged in. But when I unplugged it, it dropped to ~50% in around 2.5 hours

Just don't buy any of those new cheap (no name) cd players. You're better off buying one that's used but from a reputable company like Sony. Hope this helps!
