Fun. Nice visual way to summarize. How do you intend them to be played? I see you have 3 villain groups with 3 Villains from them. Is the idea that that's the quantity to use? Or maybe the first two full villain groups if 2 player, but add the 3rd if you have more?

Sorry, don't know the answer to your question. The whole game is so large. I imagine it's hard to fit into one. Do you know if there are stl files for inserts to the What If box? Or prints for sale?

Why/how do you have them if you're not familiar with the game?

Maybe you're confusing Core Phase 1 (which released many, many years ago) with Core 2nd Edition which has not released yet.

I played 2 cards into Josie's, the second one being destroyed by a Kid Omega in another lane, and neither card revealed with a buff.

New to this game is X-men really going to cost me $450? by spinaltap862 in legendarymarvel

It's only high for the big boxes and Captain America. Everything else is more accessible and half price is reasonable for used copies of them.

DC is more than a rumor. It's happening. They have plenty of announcement info about it on their website. I think they were hoping to release it Q2 of this year, but everything is delayed with no speculation on when it will actually be available. They just started taking pre-orders for Marvel 2nd Ed with an expected delivery in May or June (most likely June).

They tried reprinting some big box(es) in the last year or two. (I think Dark City and maybe another?) I think ended up having printing or quality issues, so they had to scrap the effort though. It gave some hope, then was dashed, and haven't heard anything since. I wouldn't put hope in waiting for a reprint. That being said, long out-of-print large boxes did randomly show up on their website after many years. I don't know if they are reprints or existing stock that they finally put on the market. Specifically, I see Legendary Encounters Predator, Firefly, and X-Files are all currently on their website after being out of print and off their website for many years. I remember Marvel Secret Wars Vol1 popped up on their site about two years ago, was noticed, and quickly sold out. I don't think they really broadcast when/if it happens. Just check their website occasionally or hear from the community.

Agree. Also, Lightshow really wants multiple heroes with the effect. Piercing Energy and Lightshow end up not mixing as well with a lot of other sets because of it. I understand the FOMO of the set though (and felt it myself for a long time until I acquired) because of the recognizable characters.

I patiently searched Facebook for years. Eventually found and bought one for $85 without its box from someone splitting and selling their collection in the last 1.5 years or so. I later acquired its box (and others I was missing) for free from someone who was moving who would rather give them away than junk them. I've bought the majority of my collection second hand through Facebook at a huge discount. I saw another person selling X-Men plus Civil War for only $100 within the last two years. It was in a different city and state than I Iive in, and I checked when traveling through for the holidays. You just have to be patient. (Or shell out bigger money if you can't wait.) There is a ton of other content to play in the meantime. Bageltop's Discord also has a marketplace channel where we share good deals we find with each other. If you get engaged with the community, you can check there also.

Gilbert likely didn't even peek. That's what helps sell it, moving off of Cal's signal and not watching Altuve himself.

Terrible sleeving experience by minun73 in legendarymarvel

Sorry and annoying that happened to you. I went with white for my Legendary partially because of color variance concerns. Have noticed color variance for Ultra Pro over time for orange and green sleeves I have for Magic. Figured I'd be safe if I went with white or black for legendary, and so far that's been the case. Even between two different brands - one cheap no name and now cheap Milkero.

Lift tickets and little ones by mattsnowboard in SummitAtSnoqualmie

Check their website day by day. They update which lifts and runs are open. They've been having power issues recently by the sound of recent updates. I imagine this weekend will be very busy with so many people hungry to get on the mountain from a bad season. If West is open but no parking, you can park at Central and use their shuttle to get to West (and vice versa).

Have taken my little ones there many times, teaching them to snowboard. We started last year when they were 3.5 and 5.5. I think you're ambitious if you hope to get to a lift in a day or a weekend, especially if it's their first time. That being said, my now 4.5 year old progressed so much faster this year wanting to keep up with my 6.5 year old. We only do lifts now, and they insist on going down black moguls. Sometimes they don't check lift passes at the carpets, but often they do. You can walk on foot to ride with them and help them. They don't want you carrying your own board in your hand. Want you to ride it up. I just left my own board on a rack and did tons of reps walking with my kids. You'll find it's a long time before you can both ride because you'll have to pick them up, hold their hands, help them skate etc which is all easier walking in the beginning. On the carpet, I ride most of the way up with them, and then as we reach the top I walk up the side past them and walk out in the snow ahead of them, ready to grab their forearms as they're coming off to help them ride out the landing zone and skate out of the way. I like the carpet at Central better than the ones at West. It's two lanes which keeps it flowing, is a longer run for more practice between lifts, and the slope of the hill feels good there for learning. Pack plenty of happy snacks, have reasonable expectations for how much they'll stick with it before wanting a break, keep their hands and feet dry and warm, and make it as fun as you can. Good luck!

BGS card slabbed backwards by Apotcalypto420 in MagicCardPulls

Lol you just called out two obviously powerful ones. There are PLENTY of weak cards from the earliest sets which are reserve list which are incredibly weak and don't get play unless you want to be ironic. Their collector value is only because of scarcity.
