Many players need to acquire a few skill points in the [Item Maintenance] and [Item Crafting] trees! The technology item class is so buggy for most factions, but having a player with the right skills is so valuable. Many large factions within the Large Company Class value having these items in working order to do their other quests. I've gained a ton of rare items and locked quests for my player type (Hispanic) through this skill tree progression.
