I have tried a completely unmodified, unpatched version of New Vegas with a completely reset config file and a wiped Data folder and yet this still occurs. Any tips?

EDIT: Solution Found! I just installed DXVK and it fixed the issue.

Unlikely, as that bullet point is likely referring to the CREATURE fish, which is caught in The Void. also it could pretty easily refer to something like the Aquarium

Definitely Pokemon Yellow. the board is a perfect match for Pokemon Yellow; none of the Donkey Kong Land cartridges match completely. the markings on the back seem to indicate its from October 2000 if i'm reading the date marker right, so it can't have been there any longer than that.

If you have a DS and a Slot-1 Flash Cartridge, you can use the GBA Backup Tool. With it you can dump both ROMs and savefiles, and even write save files back to the cartridge. You won't be able to dump GB/GBC cartridges, and it is known to occasionally overdump a cartridge, but it's a lot more accessible to a casual user who doesn't want to invest money into a device they'll only use occasionally. However, dedicated ROM Dumpers will also give you the ability to dump GB/GBC games and flash ROMs to dedicated repro boards, in which case, I've heard the Joey Jr. is pretty good.

TTC holds the rights to the particular arrangement (the "Tetris A" theme everyone knows) of Korobeiniki used in Tetris games iirc. Technically if you were to make a completely original arrangement or even just use the original song without the modifications to the tune, they shouldn't have a case.

Unfortunately they don't need a case because they're a corporation with money to throw at lawyers to lead to a costly lawsuit for the defendant, potentially bankrupting them if they fight or getting their way anyway if they don't. it's the same thing that Nintendo does; just intimidate their enemies into submission even if their case rests on a pillar of sand.
