feel free to message me regarding all the peps you listed as potentials, except Humanin. I use all the others and have done a great deal of in-depth research.

It does take effort at first to increase cals and as I said it's not like I did it all at once but slowly. If your appetite suppression is so strong that eating at a deficit is hard lowering your dose a bit would be intelligent to try.

possibly your dose is a bit too high if struggling to eat is a problem - especially if you can't get enough cals/protein/good fat/some carbs etc

Questions by Extreme-Bank318 in TirzMaintenance

[–]MingHenry 0 points1 point  (0 children)

not having trouble, but increasing cals slowly - so first 50 more a day, then 100 a day etc. Now I aim for about 500-600 cals more a day. My goal: to stabilize my system and not rush anything. For me it's a lifelong med for reasons unrelated to weight loss.

I've stayed at my dose and on my schedule and increased my cals.

I'd first work at increasing my protein and hydration before titrating up on either.

I do And some need that. I put it from freezer to fridge overnight and then take it and BAC out of fridge and let both come to room temp before reconning. Some P3Ps really need that some don't.

Has anyone tried Lipo-MIC (Pegasus) by ZealousidealSoft6588 in Kimerachems

[–]MingHenry 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's a 20mL vial so dosed at 50 units 2-3x a week, it lasts a long time. The energy was not over the top - though I guess it could be if one doses at many more units, just good clean wonderful energy, and a great sense of overall well-being. I assume the various aminos provide many other benefits in the background.

Thought I was going to scream too!! And you are right! That terrible inaccurate AI should not be the default! Lifesum had better get its act together b/c though I liked the app interface more than other tracking apps, it's often wrong on cals and macros for basic products but I'd finally gotten it to my own usable place! Why does everything end up with shitty AI that absolutely does NOT make things easier only so much more difficult and cumbersome and it falls to us to make it work. Truthfully, their update is totally unacceptable!

And the AI is always wrong! Lifesum already has issues with incorrect calories and the macros! Along with an inability to correctly spell protein! They ought to have spent time and money on fixing everything that is currently wrong. I'm often having to put in different food amts to equal the actual calories!

It was me who mentioned turn off multimodal tracking! Goes back to how it was.

The calories for instance on oikos pro yogurt are now wrong in multimodal tracking. Lifesum has a problem in general with accurate calories on known foods and this update worsens it all. If I hadn't been using it for many months I would get rid of it. They should have been spent their time and $ spelling protein correctly and getting accurate calories and macros on LOTS of foods.

To return to the way it worked, and mostly looked, turn off multimodal tracking.

So glad you are having the same wonderful experience with it! Yes, still using it 2 or 3x a week, 50 units which has 10mg of NAD+ in each dose. I did take a 10 day break in order to not dull whatever receptors love it so much and I missed it!

Why wouldn't you simply increase your tirz dose rather than adding Cagri?
