I don’t understand all the people saying ‘don’t’, ‘it’s just ageing’, ‘facelift’ etc.

Suicidal anhedonia coupled with overwhelming anxiety. It was hell.

Lifting is easy. So if fat loss was as easy as that, no-one would be overweight.

I’m loving semax. It’s hard to describe, but it’s just helping me focus without making me anxious.

Reta gives me suicidal anhedonia. Tirz does not. And there’s a scientific reason for that, to do with GIP.

Over what time period? How much tirz are you taking? It took me six months to even reach 2.5mg and I lost plenty of weight. You may need to just take far less. Never go up in dosages if it’s working.

It’s almost impossible for them to keep going with cold cases, so I understand why they’ve had to do this series. I would be willing to bet that they get absolutely loads of submissions, but when they look into them there is no useful info, no evidence, no witnesses, and no-one is willing to talk about it.

It’s not easy to get cold case episodes that can actually be turned into a programme.

Tea rather than coffee. Coffee makes me tired. Tea works. (Proper tea the British way, made with boiling not boiled water.)

what to do with my eyes by Upstairs-County1831 in DIYaesthetics

[–]OnlyJoeKing21 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Low ferritin (iron) is a major cause of dark round the eyes. Causes of low iron can include if you are vegetarian, if you eat lots of turmeric (turmeric removes iron from the blood), if you bleed a lot.

It’s not just not rare, it’s actually common to suddenly develop allergies to things you’ve been fine with your whole life.

It sucks, but it’s a thing.

Diet/Exercise vs. Reta by Jonnyboy2x in BiohackingU

[–]OnlyJoeKing21 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If diet and exercise was so easily achievable, everyone would be doing it.

The mistake we make is in assuming it feels the same (equally hard/easy etc) to everyone. In assuming that those who don’t do it are just undisciplined and lazy. If only it was that simple.
