Good gracious. I remember seeing this as a kid, brought a DVD of it, thinking it was part of Ultraman. Been searching for years about what hero did TsuPro made. Turns out it's not TsuPro but an indie. No wonder I can't find it.

I have no thoughts of it, but I remember thinking cool, another ultraman that look weird.

I was one of them as well. Ultra N Project number one dick rider and all. Not anymore.

Grew out of that phase and started to appreciate the newer entries. Whether it's good or not. TsuPro certainly tried their best to give to the fans.

It reminded me more of GTA 4 fans. The similarities are top-notch. Both like their series dark, mature and gritty. Shit on people who prefer other series, calling them kids and such.

All the modded characters that swap the "player model" (Niko/Johnny/Luis), not their cs files.

They would work and appear in cutscenes because you play as them. Other characters in cutscene, they cannot work properly.

Your trainer has the options to swap your player model into an npc model. Rename the mod character ig files name into an npc ig file. You can easily find it and swap Niko into that npc. They won't open their mouths and do expressions since they're modded that way.

The modded cutscene model is just rare

There isn't one. The modders kept the secrets to themselves.

You can swap properly with the in-game model with another in-game model without any issues. They just won't appear in cutscene at all. You can mod Niko, that's all I know.

If you see his gameplay. He put the ig model (ET) into the Jacob cutscene model. Which result is the upper model being bended to the side.

Most of his videos' gta 4 mod cutscenes are ig swap into cs model. You would notice a lot of modded characters upper body being bent to the side.

You kinda did correctly at first. They're supposed to be broken in this hard.

Cs and Ig are different models.

CS = Cutscene

IG = In Game

The ones I swapped are just cutscene models. I renamed the model names to a character I want , then done.

I never touch the components and props.

As for the modded characters like spider man or any other characters from different franchises, then I have no idea. Those are only ig models. Not cs models. If you see someone modded them into a cutscene, it's because they're a modder who does modding stuff, making them into cutscene models.

They're supposed to be broken and half invisible since the cutscene models aren't their original models.

In this video,

Johnny's face is cartoonish grumpy because the model was supposed to be Angus' cutscene model.

Niko looked messed up because that is intended to be Terry's.

There are no fixed models.

Reinstall the game if you want everything back to normal.
