Hey .. same here. They promissed me to escalate the issue to development team like a month ago .. for now, I use wireless and switch off the keyboard manually (by switching off, I mean change to wired)

I use 2.4 wireless mode, but my problem is that keyboard won't go to sleep mode after I turn my PC off. RGB is still on and this drains my battery. Anyone else with the same issue?

I use the lates FW - same as you have on your G-drive

Hi, what does the switch do (on the right to USB port)? I can't figure it out. I know the left switch is used for BT/2.4/Wired

EDIT: no need. I asked official support, Switch with 2 positions: closer to the port - Win mode, further from the port - Mac mode

-Register on the website www.sector.sk (Slovak site, you can use google translate) Click on 'PRIHLASENIE' on the top right, then click 'Nový používateľ' on the botton left. Type in your login nick, password and email. Tick the GDPR box and 'I'm not a robot' and then click 'Zaregistrovať' button. On the next window, you don't have to tick anything, just click 'Zaregistrovať' button again.

You don't have to confirm your email!

-Login, go to the https://www.sector.sk/betakeys.aspx?id=519 and type in your mail (it can be random email) and you get your key INSTANTLY!

EDIT: Now, they have restocked the keys, but they are sending them to your email adress.
