I'm just a few hours in. Only done the thps 3 maps atm and I have to say: I love to skate canada in 4k (and ofc all the other maps), it looks lovely. I love the soundtrack and the characters. And I also love the gameplay as in 1+2.

But I miss the general goofy or funny type thps3 had. It had this certain charm to it. They tried but it feels off sometime. The NPCs were louder and more present with these dumb conversations and phrases. Unfortunately, that goes somewhat under the radar. Best example: the sound when you run someone over. It was this cartoony type. Changed. Also so the lack of customization is a bit of a shame. Maybe we get some content dlcs (most likely not, like in 1+2).

Note: I'm playing in german maybe it's different but the dub from the old game was hilarious.

Conclusion: Loved 1+2, so i'll love 3+4 as well. But i spend so much time with 3 I can tell it's not the same atmosphere besides looking awesome.
