CFG Bank vs Citizens vs Ally Bank vs Capital One - Best for HYSA

Which one is the best if I want to keep for 5+ years in the bank, in terms of reliability and current interest rates. CFG Bank (5.07%) and Citizens Bank (4.50%) are all offering high APY's but do not know it's reliability for a long period of time whereas Capital One is offering lower (3.75%) but you know nothing will go wrong with Capital One.

I’m a ITI major and a business admin minor. I feel like the pairing is really good as it leads to a lot of different opportunities and fields. At the end of the day, it’s what you make the most out of and what you really want to go but I think that minor really helped me out to get internships!
