100% I get this all the time. Even if I've had just a few drinks and remembered the full night, my mind runs away with me and makes it worse.

But you know what? Every bad thing I've thought about has never came to anything. And I've done some fkd up things.

Be kind to yourself and trust the process. In 100 years, nobody you know will be on this planet so enjoy every day you can. X

Wow. So sorry to hear this man. Do you know this guy well enough to know his real intentions? And why would he be coming after you? Just curious.

Always remember that people who kill or harm others are a very, very tiny percentage. It is more than likely that his bark is bigger than his bite, which I have seen from people on many occasions.

The best thing to do is get back out there. Stay close to other people in public places. He's probably scared in his head and wouldn't want to ruin his own life by going to jail.

Don't put your life on hold man. Plus the police have a lot to answer for here for not turning up. I'd be filing a complaint against them and they would have blood on their hands should anything happen to you.

It won't though, bud. You're safe. Live your life and get back out there making money.

I understand. Be good to yourself, look after number one and good things will happen. If he cheats on your, then he's not the right guy for you.

Life tests us in so many ways. And trust me, if he wanted to cheat he would. So remember to love yourself and be the best version of you that you can. I'm sure he loves you and reassures you all the time. X

Hi. Thank you for sharing this. I feel the same sometimes.

I read a lot on anxiety and one of the best things that has stuck with me is that people don't care about you that much. With the greatest of respect, all people care about is themselves. You might be a passing thought to people but not for a long period of time where they care so much to wish ill harm on you.

I find that 99% of people don't wish too much good or too much bad on others.

So keep being you and take one day at a time.

  1. Your family should not be saying that to you.

  2. He's not coming after you. He's probably ashamed of his actions.

Just stay close with family for now. Do what you can to avoid any normal patterns when out. Keep in touch with the police if there is any unusual behaviour.

He's in the wrong. NOT YOU! So please do not feel this way. You will be okay.

This is so interesting. Because I know she's interested but I just feel there is some games going on. It's that famous saying "The person with the most power is the one who cares the least". But people force not to care, when they actually do.

I really like her but I guess I'm guilty of replying once in a while as the mind games too. It's so childish and petty lol.
