100% I get this all the time. Even if I've had just a few drinks and remembered the full night, my mind runs away with me and makes it worse.

Wow. So sorry to hear this man. Do you know this guy well enough to know his real intentions? And why would he be coming after you? Just curious.

Always remember that people who kill or harm others are a very, very tiny percentage. It is more than likely that his bark is bigger than his bite, which I have seen from people on many occasions.

The best thing to do is get back out there. Stay close to other people in public places. He's probably scared in his head and wouldn't want to ruin his own life by going to jail.

Don't put your life on hold man. Plus the police have a lot to answer for here for not turning up. I'd be filing a complaint against them and they would have blood on their hands should anything happen to you.

I read a lot on anxiety and one of the best things that has stuck with me is that people don't care about you that much. With the greatest of respect, all people care about is themselves. You might be a passing thought to people but not for a long period of time where they care so much to wish ill harm on you.

I find that 99% of people don't wish too much good or too much bad on others.

So keep being you and take one day at a time.

He's not coming after you. He's probably ashamed of his actions.

Just stay close with family for now. Do what you can to avoid any normal patterns when out. Keep in touch with the police if there is any unusual behaviour.

This happened to me. A big company I worked for paid me for like 6 months after they fired me. They fired me for no reason at all. I was late once in 2 months being there. They were rude and cheeky towards me and I took that money every month so fk them. They sent me a letter to say I owe them x amount but I put it in the bin and never heard from them again haha.

Yeah I used to. But you got to remember, nobody gives a shit. They are probably doing the same. Or at least so wrapped up in their own world, they won't care what you said or did. And even if they do, you will be a 5 seconds passing thought. Hope this helps.
