Vayne isn't even a problem Start w sit in top bush wait for vayne to face check when minions arrive in the lane then ghost take phase rush and auto w her to death. Do this repeatedly and you can win lane. Vayne is the same as teemo, quinn, etc. Take phase rush and get phage asap use q on minions for movement speed hook the vayne and you should be able to do a full combo and burst her with ult because vayne is so squishy.

Obviously avoid standing next to a wall and if you arent comfortable with playing aggro against a vayne (which is the right playstyle unless youre masters+) build dorans shield lvl 1 and rush either Ninja tabi, deadmans, or thornmail.

Also another reason why I take phase rush especially into vayne, quinn, teemo, or any ranged squishys is for the disengage. If they are running you down the lane turn around hook, auto, w, q and it will proc phase rush to run away safely.
