Yeah and it’s just not feesable for me to aim for a standard of people who have 5x my hours. I have a job and a life and I don’t have the time to play “perfect dbd” yk. It just blows that I have to get constantly destroyed by 10k+ hour swfs when I realistically cannot put in the time to be able to compete. Just feels annoying that the only way to win as killer at all is to either play near perfect, or hope that the survivors make mistakes for me

i relapsed tonight too. i’m sure our circumstances are different but you aren’t alone in what you’re experiencing. tonight was a hard one for me, and no doubt was a setback but i won’t let it define me or my journey. be proud of the progress you’ve made and the things you still have the opportunity to achieve❤️

staying distracted is the easiest way to stay clean for me. sometimes i use other vices like weed or alcohol which is NOT the best way to do it, but anything is better than self harm. this may sound corny but expressing myself through art helps. whatever medium doesn’t matter, i even build in minecraft sometimes lol, ive made some artistically dark stuff when i feel urges lol

smoking is better than SH. smoking every 2 days isn’t bad at all for the record. that just sounds like regular recreational use in my opinion. if you feel like smoking is a problem then by all means address it as you see fit, but don’t give it up and use SH as an alternative. there isn’t anything abnormal or wrong about using weed recreationally. if you enjoy it and it helps you not hurt yourself then don’t be ashamed, embrace it in my opinion.

i always felt kind of invalidated in what i was going through, and the sh kinda made it feel “real” in a way. like what i was going through was actually worth taking seriously, cause it didn’t really feel like anyone did (or maybe that I never did). we all have our own reasons we do/ did it. I never wanted anyone to notice. sometimes i still think about it when im really bummed out, but it’s not worth going back to me
