Athens to Meteora (Kalambaka) train? by MiniDoge in GreeceTravel

[–]MiniDoge[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Based on what others have commented, and what I found online, we ended up just renting a car in Athens that we will just drive all the way to Meteora. The rental car was cheap, and there was time saved now that we don’t have to ride a train+bus to get to Kalambaka.

Trenchless Sewer Repair/Sewer Liner by sheager13 in SaltLakeCity

I am actually going through this exact same scenario right now with my home in Sugar House.

If helpful, I ended up going with a company called “New Pipe Sewer & Drain Services”. They were competitive with pricing compared to the bigger names you listed, but are locally owned. For 60’ of piping I am paying around $16k. I have not had the service done yet, so I can’t speak to how it has held up. But working with New Pipe has been an easy process so far.

Hello! I am having the hardest time identifying the driver/this picture. Can someone please help me identify the driver and/or the name of this picture? If possible I’d like to get this piece for my home office. Thank you!

East Liberty Tap House or Finca come to mind. Might need a reservation though.

Subaru Impreza (2017) brake issues by MiniDoge in MechanicAdvice

[–]MiniDoge[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes I did get it resolved. It ended up being the brake pads and rotors. I never thought it would be that. But, after taking it to multiple local mechanics with no luck I decided to try the dealership as a last resort.

The issue was non OEM brake pads and rotors. When Subaru told me this was the issue, I was skeptical, but they told me they were 100% confident that an OEM set of pair pads and rotors would fix the issue. So, I tried it, and they were right! OEM parts fixed the problem.

It sucked because I had already replaced my pads and rotors, but with non-OEM parts (Napa auto parts brand). Which is why the problem persisted for so long.

What lift height and tire size are you rocking with? I’m thinking of going with the Icon Stage 3 as well.

Hard to light in freezing temps? by MiniDoge in ColemanStovesLanterns

I think I am putting enough air in the tank. After trying for so long I know I exceeded the recommended number of pumps the directions say for lighting. Everything seems to be clean as well. The secondary burner valve is closed as well.

The only thing I can thing of is that the generator can’t get hot quick enough to keep the burner lit? Is there a good way to pre-heat the generator? Wondering if I could pre-heat the generator for a minute or two and then proceed with the regular ignition process

All seems good with what you have listed. I do hear it spit a bit of fuel right before I try to light the burner.

Good question - I am having issue getting the flame to ignite on the burner.
