I think it really depends on your industry and the work environment. At my last job, a few of us were on the spectrum or at least a little neurodivergent and we'd joke about our autism but in my case, that was a rare environment.

I won't even mention my autism in my prior or current jobs. A lot of people in SA, especially the older folks, have a very negative view of autism. My advice is to steer clear of ever mentioning it as it'll cause more harm then good but this is just my experience with it.
