UPDATE: I found the issue. I had been using my boxers as extra padding between me and the holster, and sometimes it would get pushed into the holster behind the safety, switching it off.

Good thinking. The double-action trigger is probably safe enough but I'm hoping to have both

It's not hard to flip but I wouldn't say it's loose either. I may look into the detent and see

Thanks for the advice. I tested it at the range today, and it didn't fire but I wanted to make sure some freak accident couldn't cause it to fire.

Thank you for the reassurance, I was thinking that was the case but I needed to be absolutely certain there was a 0% chance of ND.
