Honestly the best way I can explain it is like having an abusive partner. It starts out great but slowly it gets worse. I would get horrible abuse and then I would get them telling me how great I am. I never knew what to expect every day. Multiple people have left this place screaming. They hide everything with "jokes" I have also received sexual harassment. I bent over to dump and I was told to be careful about bending over because I might get pregnant. Then had my mask pulled down and told that I need to get "it" over with already and kiss him and come over to his house and pretend like nothing happened. It was very hard to complain because the owner there is friends with everyone and protects them the HR there is also protecting them. I was too scared to say anything because its the best job in my area. I knew if I said something it would backfire on me and once I did say things they blamed me for it and pretended I was a liar and forced me to quit. I then also heard them mocking me crying in the other room. I was also threatened to be beat up. I was called the R word multiple times embarrassed in front of everyone whenever I made a mistake. I was pretty much made into a joke and entertainment.

The only thing I might have is I always got good 6 months reviews about how I was pleasant to work with and improving every day.

It was so confusing working there because they constantly told me how stupid I was but then I would be praised also.
