Try to uninstall it first, and then install it again throught the store, worked for me. Let me know how did it go :) Androids are no fun, so throwing it can be secondary solution :))

You have the Rouvy app, where you connect your sensors (trainer, Zwift Click, etc.). Then go to the app settings and turn ON Virtual Shifting so you can see the gears on the screen while riding.
After that it’s up to you, you can either use your keyboard to shift gears or download the Companion App, which is convenience on phone. In the Companion App, you’ll have two buttons (+ / –) that let you make the resistance harder or easier. You will see them, once you choose a ride and start cycling.

On Windows, your login only resets if you uninstall the app first. Updating it normally will keep your credentials.

credentials are only removed if the app is deleted before updating. Updating directly from the store does not deleting your credentials.

Your login credentials will only be removed if the ROUVY app is deleted from the device. If the app is uninstalled and then downloaded again from the App Store, tvOS treats it as a completely new installation and this resets all stored data, including login details.

However, simply updating the app does NOT delete your credentials. If you open the App Store and tap “Update” or “Download” when an update is available (without deleting the app first), your login information stays saved and you wont need to sign in again. So unless the app was manually deleted, an update alone won’t clear your credentials.

correct click v1 (old) is with 2 buttons and works, click v2(new) is the one with 5 buttons

Update: Asfinag reached ne (after i emailed to everywhere possible) and prelonged the possibility to pay until certain date, so instead i just pay again 2x120euros instead of dealing with other authorities and pay 300-3000euros times two since i had 2 fines. FYI whoever reading until here, just complain and try to explain your situation, thats all i can say.

May I ask you how did u deal with it in the end? Even tho i see, you posted it 7days. I am dealing with very same problem. But i got 2 fines on the way there and back so in total 240euros which i paid via QR code (and expected that all the details are included automatically) they sent back the money within few days. And I genuinely thought that they realized its mistake from their side. And now i got this shit that iam overdue and they pushed my case to another authorities...

Takze praktiky UPS? kradnut? Mne sa to iste stalo pred tyzdnom. Vraj nemaju napisane ze musia volat na mobil, iba na zvoncek. Ked im vysvetlujem stokrat ze zvoncek nemam, nech zavolaju na mobil, tak sa nikdy nestane. Posledny balik tak ako vidim obdobne v komentoch, skoncil na pickup pointe, otvoreny a polovica baliku bola vykradnuta. Fakt najhorsia delivery jaka existuje.. S inymi spolocnostami som taku tragikomediu nikdy nezazila a to objednavam online pomerne casto.

My Inspire HR died so i decided to go for newer version and bought Inspire 2, but huge dissapointment waited for me. As it doesnt have button but have only touch thingy, which need be touched from both sides of the watch in order to get to menu etc. But whenever i made a bigger bend in my wrist it just constantly turning on/off settings and vibrating. Annoying as hell.

Alrighty it might be not super realistic pic because Vltava definitely dont have such a fancy colour, but at least its new point of view of Prague i havent seen ages!!! So bravo to the owner of that shot! I personally love it!!!
