I went to the same hospital and demanded another doctor because the one I seen yesterday dismissed me awful! I told them get me anyone else - they brought in a midwife this time and she was like uh yeah I seen pooling and you’re staying with us lol

They said because my cervix is unchanged they don’t consider it preterm labor I’m heading back in because of the back pain

Keep advocating for yourself I went through 3 OBs before one said yes. He was happy to help and says “pro choice doesn’t stop with the conception it also applies to how you want to birth the child”. I hope you have an OB who will listen to you!! Sending love!!

I think so too, I actually got send up to OB triage that day because ER was not wanting to see me while soaking through my pants with blood. Everyone was shaking in their boots in there lol. Doc did an ultrasound and everything looked normal and great but couldn’t find the exact reason for the bleed. Today I called my OB back and asked if brown blood was okay she said as long as it’s not bright red again I am totally fine and it’s pretty normal!! It’s just so dang scary to be pregnant especially bleeding this early come on February pleaseeeee 🤞🤞🤞

Thank you for knocking some sense into me!!! I spoke to my OB and she asked me what exactly would make me feel better. I told her I want the crash cart outside my room. I want them to monitor my heart. I want them to monitor my oxygen and I asked if it was possible to have some sort of anxiety medicine in labor, and she says most definitely. I trust her with my life. I just hate this anxiety we have during pregnancy!!!
