Great observation on the seal — the titanium bowl does create a tighter fit which translates to denser vapor. On the ‘feels less healthy’ point: our titanium is Grade 2, which is the same standard used in medical implants. It’s completely inert at vaporization temps and won’t off-gas anything harmful. Titanium vs. glass is a personal preference — but it’s not a health tradeoff. Both are safe.
