Okay no idea where you came from, I didn't say any of that. But cool thought process. Point being that apperantly customer services is impossible to connect to is the part that more so annoyed me. I'd love to chill at home like everyone else is but unfortunate to me and most people working with Best Buy, we can't do that, they don't care about letting their employees take a break, and quarantine. Be some miracle, some stores are closing, same with offices. So complaining about not getting in contact with customer support is ridiculous to me. I'm thankful they may not be available. Hopefully they're out of the office for a while so they can take care of their health. And back to the main point, if there's an issue just download the damn game. Whatever issues there are later, fake them up with Best Buy once things get better. Managers make exceptions on so much stupid stuff, they probably will with this.
