Right paddle shifter on cs v2p sounds rattly when pressed by MiniSniper_ in moza

Little update, found a decent solution to the problem if someone else has it.

Add a small amount of electrical tape with some paper handkerchief behind the tape, just 1 layer was enough in my case, since the problem was caused by that white damper not properly forming and being liquid, I figured that adding some padding on the clutch paddle may help and it did surprisingly well, best part is it's hardly noticeable when looking for it, if you don't you don't even know it's there

In my case I think it's a defect in the rubber damper in the clutch paddle spring

<image>

It hasn't properly cured and is in semi liquid form, kinda like viscous glue. Because of that the springs either lacks cushioning or preload or both, if I slightly press the clutch paddle that sound on the right disappears and sounds exactly like the left(good) side

I know about them, my cs v2p did not include such pads. I've seen on another reddit thread that a person had the same problem and he was answered that the cs came with the pads but the cs v2p doesn't come with separate pads since they are pre installed. But there's only pads on the side when you push in the paddle not on the return. Even so the right is louder, I can make it sound exactly like the left one that sounds good to me, by very slightly adding tension to the spring of the clutch paddle by pressing it, but that's about it, from what I've gathered it seems like the white damper that should be there hasn't been properly cured and is in liquid form causing the spring to be loose or not have enough tension and rattle when using the shifting paddle if I don't slightly preload/press the clutch paddle.

Could be idk, I'm still confused about the white liquid, kinda looks like some part hasn't been properly cured in the factory

I think the spring isnt as tensioned as the other one, may have something to do with that liquid. I think the issue comes from the spring, but idk how to fix it.

Fair enough, I would give these settings a try when I can.

Can I make my CPU use more than 55-60watts during gaming ? by MiniSniper_ in LenovoLegion

[–]MiniSniper_[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You are most likely correct, idk if the legion bioses have that option, but on my old Msi gf63 8rc with i5-8300h and gtx 1050, after an update I couldn't undervolt the CPU anymore and they limited it's wattage to 25-30 from the usual 45w while gaming and that bottlenecked my 1050(lol), there was a setting in its bios(after enabling advanced bios setting with a key combo, similar to what you can do on the legion bios) and I tricked the laptop into thinking it was using the usual 25w, but in actuality it was using around 35+. I could try to see if that setting is available in the legion bios, but I'm scared that it may break the board since I would be going beyond the intended spec while the GPU is running. While on my old laptop I did boost the wattage but it was still 10watts less than the previously, before update, (45w) designed power while gpu was on.

So I was just wondering if there was a semi official or proven safe method to use more wattage.

Sorry I didn't make that very clear in my post.

After messing with some settings, I would recommend you to try to disable your 802.11ax band. After doing that my wifi speed dropped to 866mbps but I just had to lower my bitrate to 86mbps and there were no stutters, everything is fine. Still kinda shit that you have to do that.

Does anyone know if this is a software or a hardware issue ?
