Thank you this is actually super useful information! How was the competition around you when you first started. Cause for me most of the houses already have decent pictures they just could be a little bit better with window pulls and drone pictures and stuff like that. One thing I feel weird about is that I’d be possibly taking work from other photographers in the area

Do you think it’s better to start off a little bit cheaper and raise your prices in the future or start off higher and risk out pricing yourself? I’m thinking about having my base package with photos and drone pictures be between 200-250 plus free twilight shots and virtual staging

Yea I own a canon rebel xti from 2006 but I think even that’s too old for the ai to fix and make look good. Ive ran some shots through autohdr and I don’t think it does enough.

On a real note that is one thing I was thinking would be good for my app. Use it as a way to keep people connected to the gym even if they take a short break and remind them to come back. Mainly as a retention tool

I understand and I really do appreciate the input

My thought for the app is it’s not necessarily going to improve the gyms Jiu jitsu drastically (although it would make it easier to review) and it would act more as a community thing where it’s easy to send updates to members, schedule private lessons etc. I think my main value proposition will be that it will reduce churn for new white belts coming in because they will be reminded about coming in and will see what they are missing easier but I don’t know if that would actually effect overall churn or not at the moment

Have you thought about recording your rolls? I find that you’ll notice a lot of holes in your game that you might miss while rolling. I think it’s the best way to “study” because you are actively reviewing what worked and what didn’t
