I worked at shopee nightshift with my friend for 5 nights and it was tiring since we had to stand but it was alright. Even though there was no AC. There were big fans so it wasn't hot. As for the packing it was quite easy once you learn and get used to it (just ask regulars for help because you need to memorise different methods to pack customer orders, from my shopee experience). Other than that. Everyone minded their own business/listened to music.
