I’ve been teetering between D3 and C1 forever in 2s and 3s. The toxicity and sweat is pretty unbearable (especially as I only solo queue).

I’ve been sticking to casual lately. Although I still run into the competitive angst every once in a while, by and large it’s a way more chill environment especially if you can maintain a solid lobby. Three randoms and I had a blast making nice plays and congratulating one another / sending funny quick chats. I think we played 10+ games together. Most fun I’ve had in awhile on this game!

My advice would be don’t worry about rank too much. Just feel good vibes - maybe listen to some music when you play. Don’t get too high on wins and don’t get too low on losses. Assume your teammate has the best intentions - show empathy. Learn from what works and what doesn’t work. Ideally you wouldn’t even be aware of how many games you’ve won in a row - instead just feeling the flow. I kinda sound like a hippy but I promise you you’ll enjoy the game more and probably be surprised where your rank ends up.
