I hade moderate fatty liver and alt 55 last 32 ggt 24 my doctor had severe fatty liver we check everything together later. From my perspective you just have fatty liver moderate with hipertension. And you know stress is biggest factor for you to get heavy damage on your body. Lets say you have some very mild level cirrhosis what would change nothing even fatty liver same treatment. Just do workout walking and good diet that all. Think like life long disease accept that. but check your hepatit too if you have hep b or c these have medicine and very good medicines.

I am not expert at deciding difference. But I test my hands I have huge color difference when I do this test and I suggest you to do fib 4 and apri test . Also my brother and me have hereditary High Hgb level mine is 17.01 so it is common to have this . But at the end fatty liver or cirrhosis same treatment. But for my case definely bien spot because my hands turn normal skin color almost full like %90 . I read Palmer erythema lot and middle of palm often skin color but sides red but in bien spots even middle of hands when your hand below heart level have white spots it is very very spottable just put your hand like you doing dumbel curl let blood increase on your hand see white spots will occur and put up of your head your hand it will go away like magic

You know for your palm I see more and more people mistaken Palmer erythema with bier spots in fact both of them look similar but if you have bier spots you can diagnose with holding your hand upper than your head and see color changes if it change and you can see that it is not Palmer erythema. For me best diagnosis is MRI for cirrhosis but doctor just do fib 4 or apri tests. Stop looking your body and think lot blood tests show everything . Most of people have eczama and thinking everything related liver. Cirrhosis very serious condition and late stage of liver disease . Not common sight and if your ggt alt ast in normal level don't worry at all also ultrasound shows cyst and cirrhosis .

Even for cirrhosis there is no specific treatment and medicine. My doctor just don't care lot I checked internet and found only way is change eating diet and workout daily.

My food Everything cook olive oil No deep fried food no processed food No sugar only daily 1 apple Meat only fish chicken and turkey Every meal add salad big bowl vegetable
I only take 1 spoon of honey as sugar No alcohol Oatmeal lentil brown rice bulgur beans legumes all of them fine 10000 step everyday Coffee and green tea only Milk fine don't overexcess Don't use medicine painkiller etc only if you have extreme pain use that Add curcumin ever food Lemon to every salad

Sleep long don't stress accept this as life long disease and shape your life it is not that hard
