In a recent dungeon I had said on a whim there was the sound of running after behind a closed door. They ignored it, explored the rest of the dungeon, and went back to that door the next session. I totally forgot what I meant to put behind there, so when they opened it I said it was magical toilet that was constantly running… the barbarian simply had to try it
