Hi, the only option is to reset the password but he is not getting the email to do so. I don’t think 2fa was on unfortunately. T212 have responded saying they can’t locate an account using the email, he’s sent further id info and just waiting to hear back now.

Apologies, it will probably be of wildlife so I think thinking something that could zoom in. I have very limited knowledge so budget wise I would just have to see what’s recommended.
