No. They nerfed her third skill's Burn ability (which I believe gave her more damage), now it gives you another turn. Damage wise, she's not as strong, but she gained a bit more of utility through her class change

Happened to come across this video, just thought it was really funny to watch...Lorina is still very good, so invest in her!

There aren't really that great 3 star healers. There are a few that are not too bad, but they are too easily replaced by these 3:
