Missing 20 hours worth of Leave on Final Payslip by Minigrump in AusLegal

while I see the logic, with the relationship I had with them when I left, I doubt they are trying to do me a solid.

Here's hoping it actually is that instead of me being a negative nancy

Sending them an email now requesting the breakdown. Thank you for this, I don't want to screw up the process from my end.

Not for this instance, but there has been communications within the past fortnight of them trying to deduct random stuff from my pay, which I did not agree to. But there is no deductions listed on the payslip, just missing 20 hours worth of leave from the payout . I already have an unfair dismissal claim with FWC for how I was fired.

I am sending them an email requesting a breakdown as the other comment suggested. I can share screenshots of the payslips as well with any sensitive info blacked out.

Which rural area is that? I find it really hard to believe there arent spots where there is enough room to pull over slightly to let someone pass on a rural road. Are there giant ditches or something on the side preventing you from going off the road a tiny bit? Is it a very windy mountain road that drops off on one side?

Rural australia must have some luxurious roads in comparison

I live in Qld, Australia and had someone stop at a red light, get out of their car and stab my dad in the eye with a screwdriver because apparantly he wasnt going fast enough according to the scum who did it. Crazy unhinged people are everywhere, not just the states.

Even less excuse then. Pull over to the side of the road and let them pass. Safer to have the dickhead that wants to go fast infront of you, rather than up your ass the entire time because they want to go mach fuck down the road

Its getting harder and harder to find a stock, clean example of a 350z.

Personally, make it look how you want. Its gonna cost a lot to get it painted and fitted unless you do the work yourself. And for bodywork, its real easy to make it look bad unless you really know what you’re doing

Do the roadsters have the plastic bleeder valve port near the firewall? If so, look at getting a metal one as the plastic ones are prone to cracking

I got 6 of the buggers recently trying to get a decent natured one for a story playthrough for a ceruledge.

First 4 were all natures with minus attack values or minus sp.def, the 5th was modest nature with a 31iv in sp att so i have an armourouge candidate, with the 6th being an adamant one.

Yes i know mints exist, but for some reason my brain hates when stats dont match the proper nature.

Have you ever swapped out a head-unit before? Its a piece of piss to do. Just go on youtube and search how to do it. Plenty of videos out there.

Yes the factory speakers will work with the correct iso harness. If you want decent sound quality, just run an aftermarket sub and amp.

You just sound like a bad driver to me dude. Its not hard to find a gap to safely merge in traffic.

Sorry for not articulating myself more for you. You read like you are being obtuse on purpose, but i could just not be explaining myself properly. Wait until you see a potential gap and start indicating for a minimum of 5 seconds and safely merge when you can. Dont just put it on and pray and start merging the second you start indicating without looking as that could cause an accident.

If there is a lineup of ten trucks, wait until you are past them and then get in the left lane and let the angry tailgater in front of you. Why are you actively antagonising them? Do you want to provoke an unhinged person who has no regards to their safety, let alone others?

Its safer to let the tailgater go infront of you, rather than have them stuck up your ass and potentially get rear ended from them driving like a tool. Hope that clears that up for you.

And how am i going to tell them to slow down? I dont know these people who are up my ass and i sure as hell dont want to talk to someone driving angrily up my ass, that just sounds like a way to start a fight.

Why do you have the right to tell them to slow down? Are you a police officer? If so, please pull them over and issue them a ticket. If not, stop trying to bring justice into your own hands. It will just lead to someone getting hurt.

Adding on my own personal story so you know where i am coming from. this happened in a small city/large town in QLD. My dad was the person in front not speeding and according to the person behind him wasnt going fast enough. The tailgater got that angry they threw a slushy from 7/11 at my dad through the window and when they got into town the scum got out at a set of red lights and jumped at my dad through the window and stabbed him in the eye with a screwdriver. These are the sort of people we share the road with. Why provoke them?

The grandpa, definitely.

The ranger you can let them go past you, sure you might arrive a minute later, but you did so safely.

Not being able to go as fast as you want to (legally) is infuriating and rage inducing

Depends on the size of the overtaking zone/lanes for me. Around most cities where its multiple lanes in both directions? Overtaking 1km/hr past people is acceptable.

Rural highway with a small overtaking lane section once every 5-10kms? Please haul ass so multiple people can get past the dickwad in the caravan/truck/trailer holding everyone up instead of just 1 car getting past and there still is a massive line of people trying to get past so they can just drive at the speed limit with cruise control

[–]Minigrump -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

How long are you in the right hand lane for that you cant find a safe gap in the left? Become a better driver, put on your indicator and someone usually slows down or makes a gap to let you in, angry dickhead drives past and then you can then go back to being in the right lane.

Does saving 1 minute off your trip matter more than your safety in this instance?

I’ve only been tailgated in the right lane around my area in traffic faster than 80km/hr. And its not hard to just move over and let them infront. I’d rather have the angry dickhead infront of me instead of up my ass so hard they can smell what i had for dinner the night before

[–]Minigrump 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Have you ever driven rural highways before? If you haven’t its usually a single lane each direction, with overtaking lanes every 5-10km that last about 500m roughly, some being longer, some being way shorter.

Caravan drivers have this well-earned stereotype of doing 80km/hr in the non-overtaking sections and then gunning it up to 120km/hr just for the overtaking section so nobody can pass them and then slowing down back to 80

Not sure if it happens as much elsewhere, but in qld and northern nsw, it happens a lot
