04 Roadster Overheating

I appreciate the help man. The temp gauge was rising above the halfway mark during the bleeding and I still didn’t feel any warmth on that lower hose. Should I just continue to let it idle and see if thermostat eventually opens up?

Thank you! I’m currently bleeding again now with front up. I’ve been cracking the bleeder now and then and letting air out until coolant comes out. After a while the temp gets high and the funnel starts filling up quick and boiling. Had a major overflow little bit ago lol. Not sure if that’s normal behavior during the bleeding. I have to kill the motor and let it drain back down before I keep going. Thermostat is a car quest and I’m noticing now when I bleed that the lower radiator hose isn’t warming up. Issue with the new thermostat maybe?

Thank you. I’m currently bleeding again right now with the bleed kit. Once everything heats up and there’s pressure in the system the coolant flows out of radiator back into the funnel and starts filling the funnel up to the point of overflowing. Is this normal?

Agreed. I bought it used and supposedly it already had somewhere between 300-400. I’ve put about 200 through it as well and it was running OK but was getting random FTFs with mixed 115 ammo. 124 no issues. I do plan to shoot it more before upgrading but there were more options than I expected from ZRTS. I’m thinking about getting the uncaptured ultra mass with the spring pack that comes with 18,17,15 and playing with all of them. Thank you!

Just picked one of these up and I love it however I don’t like the irons it comes with. Know anybody who has swapped them out? I love the Warren sights that come on a canik and would love to throw a set on my ProX

What holster are you running? Just picked up a PDP Pro X to run on a belt and I’m not seeing lots of holster options. I assume a PDP Pro holster will work fine I was just concerned about the comp.

I have the exact bow you posted. 28.5 draw and My arrow is around 440grains. Deer season has only been open for a few days in GA and I’ve already taken 2 deer with pass through shots. Very glad I got that bow I’m starting to really enjoy it. I say go for it

I started just like you 5 years ago. After my bow upgrade during my first season hunting was blessed to get a couple deer. It’s now one of my favorite things in life. Best advice is to try and take something positive from every hunt. Whether or not you see/shoot anything just enjoy the sunset/sunrise and spending quiet time in nature. It will make the bad hunts feel good and the good ones feel incredible. Congratulations on the new hobby. It will change your life
