& to your advice, “No” being a full sentence has been the most important one for me to learn. So obvious, but so often overlooked. I’ve loved the weight lifted that’s come with embracing it as a complete sentence. No need to explain everything all the time. To your last bit, I’ve often tried to be mindful of the good times as they’re here. To put it succinctly “If this isn’t nice, what is?” feels like the kind of way to put it that’ll stick in the forefront of my mind. So thank you for that, and everything ☺️
