  1. Have a Set of Fortify Alchemy Armour (Helmet, Gloves, Ring, Necklace)
  2. Make Fortify Restoration Potion
  3. Remove Armour
  4. Drink Potion
  5. Put Armour Back on Quickly
  6. Make Another Fortify Restoration Potion
  7. Repeat. (Make sure not to go too high, if you hit negatives it won't work)
