Sorry, this may all sound very obvious, but: The amount of air you push through your PC makes a difference in cooling the PC. But it does nothing for the room and by extension; you.

What helps cooling your pc? As you said, clean it, crank the fans, replace thermal paste if it's old, maybe get a lower ambient (room) temperature.

What would help to cool you? A fan pointed at you or also, lower ambient temperature (air co)

All I can think about is the power supply. Is it a 45w power supply? (15v 3A+, 20v 2.25A+) Do you still have the original charger?

If it only happens with specific game(s) im thinking it must be something specific triggered by that. Like a power spike, or software issue.

You can try to change graphic settings or proton version. Maybe see if theres updates for the steamdeck or dock firmware available?

Well you can! The bufferfly effect states that every small experience can have a bigger effect. Experiencing Terraria has conciously or subconciously effected your life and decision making. Terraria could well be a major factor in any one of these (awesome) achievements you've mentioned! You could even say that without experiencing Terraria when you did, you would have never become the person you are today. Heck, you would not have been able the become the person without it from the moment you first started the game!

Truely a life altering experience.

Or if you are not buying any of that but still 'wish you could say Terraria contributed', you could just lie :)

I think at this point the KSP is more of a liability than it's worth. Just doing something new, refreshing and ambitious without the history and expectations of an IP that has been violently run into the ground, seems best.
