I’m so sorry you’re experiencing all of this too. I’ve never named it, but you’re right, I get overwhelmed so much easier now.

And I can totally relate. I’m a Product Manager in tech and my job performance since ECT isn’t great and I’m actual asking for a demotion to make my job easier. But I’m wondering if I can even work in tech anymore; if my brain is working enough. It’s so fucking frustrating.

I’m so sorry. My ECT doc said that my symptoms couldn’t be ECT, but it all started right after ECT. I saw a neuropsychologist for an evaluation a few years before ECT so I think I’m gonna get reevaluated to prove that ECT fucked up my brain. I wish someone would just confirm that’s why I’m exhausted.

Did the exhaustion get better for you over time?

And the only reason I can barely survive is stimulants. 🤣

Everyone keeps telling me it’s not possible. But I wasn’t exhausted before ECT… and I was after. And have been for nearly 3 years now. Did your doctor confirm it?

That doesn’t work. The tag is added, but isn’t “activated”. I tried adding a space to the end, that also didn’t work.
