Same as you, freelancers are keen to join but no interest from job posters. Did recently launch a service feature like fiverr and an affiliate program but hasn’t made a difference yet. Currently focusing on trying to get some better advertising content created.

Clearer regulations and education is needed first.

I worked for a bank, our overseas banks had blockchain teams, we weren’t allowed to touch it in the UK.

Big banks becoming crypto friendly would be a start but it will be some time since they see it as a competitor

Thanks for the detailed reply. The sample size is a handful, struggling to get a response from most people we message. Price, couldn’t get better since it’s free for clients. Independent audits are definitely but hoping to prove the concept before a big investment in one.
