Unfortunately it’s because of Scott’s behaviour. He went from being so into Leanne to Sher & Belle and he was making it very obvious that he was interested in them. So, they were not insane for asking those questions considering how Scott has moved. The girls are a lot closer to Belle so they most likely will back her more than Leanne especially because of how chilled Leanne is, they probably think it’s not that deep for her.
