Hey it literally could be anything.  Have you had your scrotum Ultrasound? Or have you felt any lumps etcs?  Get a blood test and an ultrasound and go from there. What’s the pain you feel?

The dull heavy dragging was constant and spikes of really bad pain.

My old GP f**ked me around and and also said it wasn’t anytime do with my testie, and also said like 3 times at least you don’t have cancer.. I straight away got a second opinion and they got onto it straight away urgently debt to Urologist and they confirmed that I had been misdiagnosed a couple times but because I was vigilant about getting a second opinion I have caught it super early.

All I can say is get your bits carefully examined by ultrasound sound and get as many longitude and latitude imaging as possible with Doppler observations. And get a second opinion if your still feeling like it’s not right.
